The company has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Packaging of a New Product’ category for its distinctive Sainsbury’s Supper Club Lasagne ready meal pack and for its premium Nestlé L’Atelier sleeve for the confectionery giant’s prestige range of chocolate bars.
GPI has also been shortlisted in the highly competitive ‘Innovation of the Year’ category for its Kellogg’s Advent Calendar sleeve, which was integral to the success of the company’s, and the UK’s, first ever breakfast advent calendar.
Rakhee Percy, European Marketing Manager at GPI, said: “We’re delighted to have been shortlisted in the ‘Innovation of the Year’ category again, following our win with the World Food Mini Nom Noms pack in 2016. We’re also very pleased to be represented in the ‘Best Packaging of a New Product Category’. It demonstrates our ability to stay innovative in challenging and increasingly trend-driven times.”
